Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item(s) was delivered, we will not process refund or exchange requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Several cases are not refundable:
1.Item(s) customized to customer’s requirements.( special orders )
2.Item(s) with engraving or made into customized sizes.
3.item(s) Resized are not eligible for return or exchange.
4.Item(s) damaged caused by improper use.
5.Item(s) lost due to inaccurate delivery address.
How to Return an order
We offer a 30-day return policy.
For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewellery back to us or a similarly sized package.
Please include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This will help us process your return faster.
Please return all items using a trusted, tracked, and insured courier service.
For your security, avoid mentioning words such as jewelry, diamonds, or anything similar on the package.

Customized items,adjustments to the stone types or sizes, changes to the band style, and any engraving, are non-refundable.
Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
All decisions made by Tap Diamond are final.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of the approval, please contact your card company/bank first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note that if the return is not related to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
NOTICE: A trackable shipping service is required when returning the item(s); we do not issue refunds or exchanges without a tracking number.
Return Shipping Fee
If the consumer initiates returns for non-quality issues, they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. The exact fee will depend on the courier service chosen.
However, if the return is due to an issue, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
